What we fix

Error codes
LG puts a lot of trust in the drive motor and its sensors, so half the codes below point at the same three parts. Tell us the code when you book and the right one usually travels with the technician.
One of these is not a fault at all. It is marked.
A code narrows the search — it does not price the job. We confirm the fault with the appliance in front of us before quoting anything.

What we did
Pulled the pump filter — a hair tie and two loonies. Cleaned the impeller, flushed the drain hose, ran a full rinse to confirm.

What we did
Replaced the evaporator fan motor and cleared the ice off the coil. Checked the defrost heater before closing up so it would not come back.
